By the term "SPAM", I ,mean advertising such as affiliate programs promo, porn sites, "I Have the Cure for...", "Heal you...r", "MP3s...", "Get your ____ FREE...", "Join us...", "Sign up...", "Buy...", "Check Out This Great...", "Work AT Home...", "Make Money...", "Shipping...", "Get Rich...", etc. If you are not sure if you posting will be SPAM, then I suggest not posting it because there is a good chance it is SPAM.

Here in CANADA (where I live), we do have some international internet laws and I can legally bill you for spam (unsolicitated mails/postings) now that I am a business (still cannot afford charity status)! See some listed on this following University's web pages @ UNBSJ.ca.

I will now send you a bill for having to clean up after your spam as it can be a tedious job. Each spam costs you 50 dollars. Example: if you spammed 5 of my pages, you now owe The HIV/AIDS Network (actual business) $250 dollars and should expect a electronic bill VIA email. If payments are out right refused or ignored longer than 30 days, we will take you to small claims court in Ontario, Canada plus report you to your ISP, distributors, affiliates, goverment FCC & FDA sites, better business bureaus, web hosting company, domain name suppliers, domain name hoster, etc...

If you are "SPAMMING" our individual members (VIA email or chat rooms), each spam costs you 100 dollars. Example: if you spammed 5 of my members, you now owe me and my members $500 ($100/spam that's divided between each member and the HIV/AIDS Network) and you should expect a electronic bill VIA email. If payments are out right refused or ignored longer than 30 days, we will take you to small claims court in Ontario (will cause a warrant for your arrest in Ontario and we will add you to our online public warrants list), Canada plus report you to your ISP, distributors, affiliates, goverment FCC & FDA sites, better business bureaus, web hosting company, domain name suppliers, domain name hoster, etc...

Spammers may also be reported to their domain owners, ICAAN, your local Better Business Bureau, ISPs and posted to "anti spammer" message boards across the internet. Our web servers and Firewalls can provide your IP/date/time (recorded for security purposes and never made public) in log format as proof of intrusion.

If you do not comply with bills sent, I will contact collection agencies in your area with all the details, but I will possibly be forced to go to Ontario small claims court (you will have to travel to Toronto and get a lawyer to meet you there) and sue for court expenses and punitive damages up to $3,000.

All obscene messages will be edited or possibly deleted. URLS with obscenities/nudity will be removed/changed also!

Hateful messages will be deleted and reported to ISP if threatening.
